Had a fun stay, the hotel is peaceful.
Stayed here for party, no complaints whatsoever. Everything was beautiful as expected. The staff was really helpful and helped with the private parking. My standard twin room was warm & huge. I greatly enjoyed amazing breakfast. The location was fantastic, adjacent to Hakuba, restaurants, shops and info centre and bus terminal and convenience store. It also was on the slope.

We spent 8 nights and will be back. Bathroom with a shower and slippers and bathtubs. The owner is amazing! Moreover, it had free parking for drivers.

Really enjoyed the traditional Japanese breakfast, it was different every day which was a great surprise. The hotel location was perfect, being only 5 minutes walking distance from the bus terminal. We could catch a shuttle to any of the ski resorts! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more comfortable.
The bathroom was outdated and could use some renovation. , there weren't many food options in the immediate area, and we had to travel to other villages to eat which could be expensive or a 2 km walk.

Super convenient location just a short walk to the bus terminals that took us to all the ski resorts we wanted to visit. the traditional Japanese meals were divine, and we loved having a spacious room with plenty of storage space, and even a drying room for our ski gear! Plus, the friendly and helpful staff really made us feel at home.

We stayed at a hotel very close to a bus terminal, which was very handy when we had a lot of luggage to carry. the owners were friendly and helpful and lent us a fan when it was hot in our room. the breakfast and dinner were very delicious, superb quality and traditional Japanese style. the spacious and clean rooms had special ski gear storage facilities.
The noise from outside during the night disturbed our sleep.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
